Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

This role will report directly to the CEO.

Over the next 18 months, your primary responsibilities and key deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Build a deep, proprietary understanding of the agriculture equipment and adjacent manufacturing landscape

• Develop investment theses that connect market opportunity to enterprise value creation

• Source, cultivate, and advance high-quality acquisition opportunities.

Build M&A pipeline

• Support rigorous analysis, diligence, and transaction execution

• Help ensure acquisitions become successful strategic combinations, not just completed transactions

• Be a role model of the Winning Culture of GPT

The role will be based out of our Global HQ in Franklin, TN.

There is significant travel expected in this role, ~60% 75%, to accomplish the aforementioned deliverables.Grain & Protein Technologies is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of reliable, durable, and innovative equipment solutions for grain, seed, poultry, egg, and swine production.
