We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Launch and Strategic Operations - Global Oncology located in Raritan, NJ.

Purpose:

The Associate Director - Launch and Strategic Operations is a global launch leader accountable for integrating Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access planning; establishing launch governance and readiness standards; and enabling high-quality execution through scalable capabilities, processes, and disciplined decision-making and deliverables.

This role will lead cohesive launch planning across the 3M functions, direct cross-functional teams in building integrated launch plans and deliverables and ensure effective global-to-regional execution.

The Associate Director will apply launch excellence frameworks to drive dialogue on critical interdependencies, risks, mitigation actions, and acceleration scenarios.

The role will establish governance for launch readiness metrics and dashboards and will advance automation, process optimization, and quality standards to strengthen launch plans.
