The Senior Administrative Assistant provides complex executive, operational, and team support to the Vice President, Commercial and Vice President, Market Access in Immunology enabling effective execution across a high-priority, highly matrixed business.

The role requires sound judgment, discretion, independent assessment, and resourceful resolution of complex situations while supporting leaders and teams that collaborate with numerous internal cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Provide day-to-day executive and team support to the Vice President, Commercial and the Vice President, Market Access, including management and prioritization of complex, frequently changing calendars; high-volume meeting requests; domestic and international travel; expense reports; meetings and events; vendors; and logistics across Global Commercial Strategy (GCSO) Immunology and cross-functional partner teams


* Manage and organize files, records, communications, onboarding materials, organizational charts, SharePoint content, and departmental documents, including confidential and sensitive information related to leadership priorities, commercial strategy, financial administration, and organizational matters
