DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a n Ex.

Analyst, Tech Prod IT Sales, located in Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; OR Warsaw, IN.

This role supports the delivery and optimization of technology products that enable Sales Compensation programs across DePuy Synthes.

The Professional, Technology Product Analyst partners with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and actionable insights that support commercial performance and r eports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities



* Support the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation technology solutions to meet commercial business needs.



* Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.



* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics related to sales and compensation performance.



* Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation-related data.



* Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data driven decision making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.



* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Technology teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.



* Support testing, deployment, and post ‑ implementation activities for system enhancements.



* Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures to support scalable solutions.
