DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a MDM Analyst, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo Japan

Overview

As a Master Data Management Analyst within Global Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data that supports business operations.

This role contributes to effective data lifecycle management, enabling high-quality data for decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will work in a collaborative, global environment, supporting standardized processes, enhancing systems and tools, and driving continuous improvement.

This position offers strong development opportunities within data operations and global services.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute master data operations activities in accordance with defined procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls
• Support data entry, validation, transformation, and quality checks across systems to maintain reliable and consistent master data
• Prepare and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and data quality
• Resolve routine data and process issues while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions and business requirements
• Contribute to projects that enhance master data processes, to ols, and systems, including automation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standardized global processes
• Maintain data consistency across systems, identifying and addressing discrepancies or inefficiencies
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs and improve service delivery

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
