Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a FP&A DS Sr Financial Analyst , located in Manila, Philippines

The Global Services Senior Financial Analyst will support overall FP&A activities across assigned GS functions (Finance / HR / Procurement / GS S&O) in support of the Orthopaedics Business and other strategic projects in the Functions.

Responsibilities include:



* Provide financial planning and analysis support to the functions across major strategic initiatives, which includes project cost & headcount tracking, managing cost centers, variance explanations, actuals closing processes, and financial reporting activities.



* Provide financial planning and analysis support to the functional FP&A leads / managers in support of the Orthopaedics Business process, which includes partnering with regional and global FP&A GS teams to understand the base business.



* Drive standardization and streamline reporting of review decks, consolidation templates, and support automation of all financial packages in support of GS project initiatives.



* Help prepare presentation of materials for reviews, as needed.



* Administer financial policies and control procedures, and monitor the implementation of sound internal controls.



* Support ad-hoc projects for continuous process improvements

Qualifications



* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required , preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting



* MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred
