Position Summary 職務概要 :

業務の確実な遂行、ビジネス戦略に沿ったプロセスの簡素化•効率化•全体最適化を実行し、会社の成長に貢献する 。 ビジネス環境や戦略を理解し、社内外のステ-クホルダ-と密に連携を取り、事業運営に欠かせない業務を実行し効率化させる 。また、 新規システム導入に伴うプロセス構築とチェンジマネジメント 、 業務の見直 し や削減、新規サ-ビス の発掘も視野に入れる

Key Responsibilities 主な職務内容 :



* ビジネスオペレ-ション(出荷、売上、特価、委託品管理等)



* ビジネスサポ-ト(棚卸、貸出•立会等)



* システム導入に伴う社内オペレ-ションプロセスの構築



* 基幹システム( One Force 等) のエンハンスメントの要件定義や改善



* MBP終了に向けたマスタやプライシング整理とプロジェクトの管理



* セルアウトプロセスやシステムの改善やプロセス化



* サンプル•立会•貸出•有償サ-ビスアレンジメント等のオペレ-ションやコンプライアンスのモニタリング



* チ-ムのマネジメント

Required Experiences , Skills and Qualifications 求める経験•スキル•資格など :



* 医療業界または関連分野での豊富な経験( 5 年以上推奨)



* 営業経験(望ましい)



* ピ-プルマネジメント経験



* プロジェクトマネジメント、プロセスシンプリフィケ-ション



* IT 関連の理解や精通、システム構築、運用などの経験



* 高いコミュニケ-ション能力とリ-ダ-シップ (社内外)



* HCC などのコンプライアンス知識



* 英語力(必要に応じて)
