Full-Time CNA Sign-On Bonus

Eligible Full-Time CNAs can earn a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out quarterly during the first year of employment.
Employee Referral Bonus Program

* $500 paid to the newly hired Full-Time CNA


* $500 paid to the referring employee


* Bonuses are paid after the new employee successfully completes 90 days of employment

Essential Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living


* Provide high-quality, compassionate resident care


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition


* Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications


* Current California CNA certification


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required


* New graduates are encouraged to apply
