Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Flexible Consumption Billing Implementation, you will be responsible for:


* Working on integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development and the deployment of solutions.


* Bringing considerable billing management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes.


* Interacting daily with key business and IT executives


* Leading multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.


* Providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues


* Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches


* Evaluating and validate analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement


* Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

The successful Manager you will possess:


* Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner


* Ability to facilitate clients' most complex business requirements


* Knowledge of basic accounting policies, and implications


* Experience identifying creative solutions within configurable cloud systems or within boundary applications where customization is required


* Leadership - proven ability to lead complex engagements, both business and technical, including multiple dependencies and integration points


* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
