*This range represents a national range and the actual salary will depend on several factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the skills, education, training, credentials, location (State) based on ERIE's geographical differences, and experience of an applicant, as well as level of role for which the successful candidate is hired.

Position may be eligible for an annual bonus payment.

Position Summary

Under close supervision, handles liability and property claims within designated authority.

Resolves coverage and/or liability issues in accordance with applicable state insurance laws, regulations, and procedures.



* There are two positions available.

Selected candidates will report to Robert Van Tash or Andrea Mumford.


* Work location: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Candidates located within proximity to ERIE's Harrisburg Branch Office are preferred.


* Schedule: The primary schedule is 8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.

Rotating weekday evening and Saturday shifts are required based on business and service-level needs.
