What You Will Do: Under general supervision, the Senior Behavior Specialist for Fred Finch Youth and Family Services/CARES(hereinafter FF) conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate participants development level, behaviors, andskills; develops behavior intervention plans and treatment plan with specific and measurable goals for participants;implements therapeutic interventions, and provides ongoing support and guidance for participants, caregivers, andstaff; assumes responsibility for developing and delivering training programs for behavioral health technical staff;collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team; and performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education: Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis,child development, psychology, or another related field.+ Experienc...
