Your Role: QC Chemist

As a QC Chemist, you will provide critical technical support for the Clinton Quality Control team to ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and company requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and technical services to solve problems, improve laboratory methods, and mentor technicians to drive business process improvements.

Your Responsibilities:


* Safeguard the safety and quality (SISPQ) of products by ensuring compliance with all procedures, regulatory commitments, and PPE requirements.


* Serve as the primary investigator for laboratory deviations, performing root cause analysis to minimize recurrence and ensuring timely closure of investigations within 30 days.


* Maintain analytical methods in a state of validation and control, writing and approving protocols for investigational and validation purposes.


* Collaborate on special projects to enhance safety and productivity through Lean initiatives and participate in inspection readiness activities.


* Provide technical coaching and training to laboratory technicians to ensure the successful execution of laboratory methodology.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.


* Experience: Knowledgeable of cGMP requirements and laboratory operations.


* Top Skills: Proficiency in laboratory and business systems (SAP, Empower, OneLab, and Microsoft Office) and a strong quality mindset with attention to detail.

* Emphasis in Analytical Chemistry.


* Experience with Veeva document management systems.


* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


* Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and technical protocol development.
