Your Job

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking Finance Interns to join our global Finance organization in Lisle, IL, for Summer 2027.

This 12-week internship provides meaningful, real-world experience through hands-on projects, business challenges, and opportunities to contribute to work that creates value across the organization.

Interns will gain exposure to a specific area of Finance while developing analytical, problem-solving, and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

We are hiring Finance Interns across several areas of our Finance organization.

Interns will spend their summer supporting one specific team, gaining hands-on experience within that function.

1.

Divisional Financial Analyst Intern



* Support finance business partners in delivery of monthly financial reporting & analysis to leadership.


* Assist with development of business insights that will support profitable decision making and improvements across division.


* Actively participate in cross-functional projects, providing relevant feedback & sharing best practices.


* Manage review of various master data or financial database projects.

Pricing and Commercial Finance Intern



* Analyze pricing, margin, and profitability trends to support commercial decision-making.


* Assist with financial modeling and business case development for pricing and growth initiatives.


* Partner with sales and finance teams to evaluate opportunities and business performance.


* Prepare reports and insights that support strategic decisions and value creation.

Corporate FP&A Intern



* Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.


* Analyze business performance and key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
