About the Position We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal Team Members for our Winter Services Site Supervisor role.

This position is a key field leadership role responsible for leading a snow removal crew through snow and ice events while helping ensure our customers' properties remain safe, accessible, and clear of snow.

This position leads a field team, coordinates resources, and maintains constant communication with the Snow Manager to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

This role often works alongside the crew using a variety of snow and ice removal materials, tools, machines to ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

This position is seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events.

Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours but may vary depending on weather conditions and snowfall amounts.

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and availability.

We are looking for people who: Are available from November 1 through April 15.Have previous snow removal or crew leadership experience, preferred.Are able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions.Can safely lift 50-60 pounds without assistance.Can lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members.Are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety procedures.Can train and mentor crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality work.Are comfortable using a smartphone for communication, mobile dispatch, and field software.Can organize and prioritize work during high-pressure weather events.Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.Are punctual, reliable, and passionate about delivering a high level of service.Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.Can pass a company safety training course.
