Technical Training Leader

WHAT AWAITS YOU.


* Supervise, develop, monitor and coach instructional staff to deliver high level BMW Group technical/non-technical training.


* Ensure relevance of all Technical, B&P courses and non-technical courses within the technical training course offerings to Dealers, CCRC network in the area of improving skills and course development.


* Provide coaching and supervision for BMW Group STEP program(s) training instructors and qualified entry level candidates


* Ensure STEP graduates meet BMW placement standards for dealer network


* Monitor compliance of instructor certification levels and verify levels of curriculum taught


* Maintain and update BMW Group diagnosis equipment at regional training centers

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.


* Associate's degree in automotive technology or post-secondary certificate


* ASE Master Technician or I-CAR Platinum Level


* BMW AG L1, L2 trainer certification


* Blitz 2 Certification for e-Mobility vehicles


* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering in lieu of the above education requirements


* With associate's degree, an additional 9+ years are required in any of the following fields:
+ BMW Master Tech, or OEM equivalent
+ BMW Senior Instructor
+ Automotive Technical Instructor
+ ASE Master Technician
+ OEM or Aftermarket automotive product/service engineering
+ Preferred:
o OEM High voltage certification
o Shop foreman or Team leader
o BMW STEP graduate
o ASE L1

Relocation is available for this position.

The expected salary range for this position is $57,100.00 - $114,200.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.

All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
