Housekeeping Supervisor (PM Shift)

Join the Housekeeping team at one of the largest, most beautiful, and top private country clubs in North America, Desert Mountain Club, as a Housekeeping Supervisor!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all of Desert Mountain's facilities and areas in a world-class fashion in cleanliness and aesthetics under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping and in accordance with Desert Mountain Club operations.

Oversee the cleaning of all Clubhouses, offices, maintenance buildings, golf course restrooms, Sales Centers, and development properties held by Desert Mountain Properties.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a leader or in a supervisory role is required.

Prior housekeeping experience in a club, hotel, or resort is a plus. 

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no traffic violations within the last three years.
