POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) Diabetic Educator is responsible for providing comprehensive diabetes self-management education and support to patients diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and other related metabolic conditions.

The RN Diabetic Educator collaborates with providers, care teams, and community resources to improve patient outcomes, promote healthy lifestyle changes, and support disease prevention and management.
