What You'll Do:



* Initiating Contact and Evaluation: Engage with potential candidates, assess resumes, conduct insightful interviews, and orchestrate seamless hiring procedures.


* Exceptional Service: Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with our on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment.


* Customer / Client Connections: Act as the connection between candidates and hiring managers, arranging seamless interview experiences that lead to successful placements.


* Efficient Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, meticulously managing background checks, drug screenings, and other essential procedures.


* Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organization of candidate and job order files, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.


* Compliance and Coordination: Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, diligently coordinating pre-placement testing when necessary.

What You'll Bring:



* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.


* Relevant Experience: Previous experience in staffing or recruitment is preferred, but not required.
