About the position: We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal team members for our Sidewalk Crew.

This role will use a shovel and snow blower to keep our customers' properties safe and cleared of snow.

This position is seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events.

Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours, but vary based on the storm.

Pay is varied based on applicant experience & availability.

We are looking for people who: Are available from November 1 to April 15th Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.

Pass a company safety training course Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software Work well under high-pressure situations Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.

Pay range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
