Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice in Saugus.

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment.

Open to 4 or 5 days a week, seeking full-time hygienists.

Key Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishingConduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signsTake and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imagingEducate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendationsAssist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniquesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systemsAdhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standardsContribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $50$60 per hour, based on experienceQuarterly bonusFull-time workFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Supportive clinical and administrative teamIn-person work environment with consistent structure and support
