Parks And Grounds Maint Worker - PT

Performs intermediate semiskilled work in the maintenance of parks and grounds; mowing, trimming, mulching, basic carpentry, and mechanical repairs; related work as required.

Work is performed under regular supervision.

This is a temporary, hourly position scheduled to end in October 2025, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school.Experience as a semiskilled worker in grounds maintenance.Valid driver's license required.General knowledge of the safe use of common hand and power tools.Knowledge of preventative maintenance of equipment used in landscaping and grounds maintenance.Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
