As we continue to grow, we are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and dependableWholesale Parts Counterperson to join our Ford Boyertown team.

In this role, you will work directly with wholesale customers, including automotive repair facilities and dealerships, to identify their parts needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

What Youll Do Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale customers, including automotive repair shops and dealerships.Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts based on their specific needs.Provide knowledgeable parts recommendations and product information.Process wholesale parts orders, sales transactions, billing, and invoicing accurately.Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.Address and resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
