Inpatient RN Operating Room

Work Schedule:

80% FTE, Monday through Friday, four-8-hour shifts, variable start times.

Department hours of operation 5:00am-8:00pm or until last patient is discharged.

You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Y ou may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications



* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.

Required


* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* No minimum experience required.


* 911 Call Center Triage Only - 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting.

Required


* 911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.

* Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Required


* Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence.

Upon Hire Required


* Specialty certification in area of concentration.

* 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
