* Job description Integrity National Corporation provides custodial services to the US MINT Philadelphia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, cafeterias, bathrooms, hallways and stairwells.

Carpet & upholstery cleaning Strip and wax tile floor, concrete and terrazzo flooring.

Other duties may be assigned.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Able to work with single discs, boost machines, wet/dry vacuums, ride-on floor machines, squeegees, mops and buckets, razor floor scrapers, doodle bugs, buffing machines and numerous stripping/waxing chemicals.

Must be able to use low and high-speed buffers.

Must be experienced in the process of using a variety of machines to safely remove (strip) old wax, neutralizing the floor and the application of new wax by different application methods.

Must have the ability to adapt to and deal with adverse flooring conditions.

Able to complete jobs in a timely manner as directed by the crew leader, supervisor or project manager.

Able and willing to clean, maintain and be accounted for all equipment used.

Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.

Oral Communication - must speak, read and understand English.

Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training.

Job Type: Shift timing - Mon - Fri 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pay: $17.75 per hour - Vacation, Sick days and Paid Federal holidays
