Bridgeway Center, Inc.

(BCI) is seeking an experienced Community Action Treatment Team Practice Manager (CTPM) to provide clinical supervision to a multi-disciplinary team delivering intensive, comprehensive, community-based services to youth ages eleven (11) to twenty-one (21).

The Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team offers a safe, effective, trauma-informed alternative to out-of-home placement for children and adolescents facing serious behavioral health challenges.

Using the Wraparound model, the CAT Team supports the goals of the youth and family while building long-term stability and sustainability within their family system and community.

The CTPM is proficient in evidence-based, trauma-focused clinical modalities such as EMDR and DBT, and provides clinical knowledge to support accurate diagnosis of mental health issues, development of client-centered support plans of care, and appropriate treatment recommendations.

The CTPM assists the Director of Community Care Services (DCCS) in conducting crisis assessments and directing the initiation of a Baker Act as necessary, and steps in as part of the Delegation of Authority (DOA) when the DCCS is out of office or otherwise unavailable.

As a practicing Therapist, the CTPM also maintains a clinical caseload, providing direct services to clients.

This position reports directly to the DCCS and plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and day-to-day clinical excellence of the CAT program.
