Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform work as assigned by Group Leader.

Load raw material into a CNC fixture utilizing pneumatic air guns and/or torque wrenches.

Cycle start the CNC machine to execute the selected program.

Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to a Group Leader.

Work as a team member and communicate work related issues as needed.

Perform typical machine shop operations.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Comply with safety regulations and procedures.

Skills: Able to work under moderate supervision while following established methods and procedures to perform operations required for successful manufacturing operations.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Ability to stand, sit, or move about the facility.

What You Bring: Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.

Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment.

Top Candidates will have: working experience on CNC machines.

Team Mentality: Time Management: Reliable, on-time attendance record; Ability to efficiently reach productivity goals.

Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Ability to work overtime when required; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
