Job Summary:

Lead a team of engineers and engineering technicians in support of packaging operations, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical problem-solving efforts to improve quality, cost, output, equipment performance, and customer service.

Partner closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of departmental and site objectives while developing leadership and business acumen for future advancement.

Provide leadership and supervision for Packaging Engineering personnel and activities within West Henrietta Packaging.

Drive execution of engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, equipment reliability efforts, and process optimization while developing engineering talent and supporting business objectives.

Serve as a key technical and operational leader and prepare for broader organizational responsibilities
