Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment.
This individual will be responsible for assembly of the following products: doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, vaults, and more as needed.
The assembly worker will use hand tools, power tools, grind, and minor painting.
Job Responsibilities
* Read and interpret Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets (Orders), Engineering Prints, and Daily production schedule
* Identify safety hazards in the assembly area
* Perform TPM, maintenance checks on area equipment daily and weekly
* Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
* Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
* Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic math skills
* Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
* Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Must be able to read engineering prints
* Light welding is a plus
