Key Responsibilities


* Assist in demolition of buildings and structures according to safety and site specifications.


* Perform manual labor such as lifting, moving, and clearing debris from job sites.


* Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., hammers, saws, drills) under supervision.


* Help set up and dismantle job sites, including safety signage and barricades.


* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing work areas regularly.


* Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.


* Attend safety training sessions and follow all jobsite safety regulations.


* Support skilled tradespeople and assist wherever needed on site.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* 2+ years of experience in general labor, demolition, or construction is a plus.


* Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions.


* Familiarity with basic hand tools and small power tools.


* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.


* Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.


* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.


* Willingness to travel to job sites across NC and SC during the workweek.


* Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with company policy.


* Must have a clean background (must be able to access military/government job sites).
