The Opportunity

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work directly alongside seasoned industry leaders to coordinate critical project workflows from inception to final handover.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Assist project managers in coordinating daily administrative and field operations to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.


* Review, track, and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain continuous alignment between field teams and design specifications.


* Monitor project material procurement and schedule deliveries to ensure field crews have resources without causing site delays.


* Attend site progress meetings and record actionable meeting minutes to keep stakeholders updated on project milestones.


* Support cost-tracking efforts by analyzing material usage and labor reports against established project estimates.


* Coordinate quality control inspections to ensure framing and ceiling installations meet strict trade standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* 2+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field role.


* Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural blueprints and structural shop drawings.


* Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheet applications, and construction document management systems.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with sub-contractors, general contractors, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Prior experience working specifically within commercial drywall, metal stud framing, or acoustical ceiling trade operations.


* Active OSHA 30 certification or safety management training.


* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
