How You Will Make an Impact


* Install metal roofing panels, siding, trim, and flashing to exact project specifications.


* Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal materials using specialized power tools and hand equipment.


* Ensure all weather-proofing components, underlayment, and sealants are correctly applied to prevent leaks.


* Align structural panels precisely to meet rigorous federal quality and durability standards.


* Inspect installed systems continuously to verify proper fastenings and structural alignment.


* Maintain clean, hazard-free outdoor working zones while enforcing strict jobsite safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven experience in sheet metal installation, metal roofing, or exterior siding systems.


* Comfort working at elevated heights using scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses.


* Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to various national project sites.


* Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform continuous outdoor labor in all weather.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5 years of related work experience in metal building, roofing, or general construction.


* Experience executing metal siding or roofing tasks on federal or municipal government contracts.
