Business Technology Lead

The Business Technology Lead serves as a strategic partner between business functions and technology, aligning business goals with enterprise application capabilities.

This role leads technology initiatives, application strategy, and business process improvements while leveraging expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP, CRM, analytics, and system integrations.

Working closely with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors, the Business Technology Lead drives operational efficiency, supports digital transformation efforts, ensures platform performance and data quality, and provides guidance on technology strategy and best practices across the organization.

Foster collaboration between business and technical teams.


* Manage vendor relationships


* Oversee Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, ERP, CRM, F&O, and integrations.


* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements.


* Advise leadership on enterprise application capabilities and emerging technologies.


* Mentor analysts and establish best practices.


* Ensure platform scalability and performance.


* Manage risks, dependencies, and resource planning.


* Promote data governance and data quality.

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


* 7-10 years of enterprise applications experience.
