Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Mobility & Immigrations Americas, located in Bogota, Colombia.

This role sits within Global Services and focuses on the execution and operational support of mobility and immigration processes across the Americas.

As part of a high-impact HR services team, you will help enable the seamless movement of talent across borders-supporting business growth while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the coordination and execution of immigration processes, ensuring efficient management of work permits and visa validation globally.


* Maintain and update employee immigration records and documentation, both digitally and in physical files.


* Lead efforts in organizing and streamlining immigration-related paperwork, capturing both e-signatures and wet signatures as necessary.


* Provide support to team members, ensuring timely follow-up with employees regarding signed documents and immigration requirements.


* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate a smooth immigration process and excellence in execution and service delivery


* Represent Depuy Synthes and/or partner with suppliers/vendor partners in dealings with local authorities on immigration and labor law matters as needed/required.
