🔧 Part-Time Maintenance Assistant
Help Keep Our Facility Running Smoothly!

Are you a hands-on, dependable person who enjoys fixing things, tackling projects, and keeping things in great shape? We're looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Vineyard Post Acute!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with their hands, and seeing the results of a job well done.

You'll work alongside our Maintenance Director and assist with projects and repairs as needed to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, clean, and welcoming for our residents and staff.
What You'll Do


* Assist with general maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.


* Help with projects as assigned based on facility needs.


* Perform basic painting, patching, assembly, moving, and other hands-on tasks.


* Assist with maintaining resident rooms, common areas, equipment, and outdoor areas.


* Help keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and in good working condition.


* Respond to maintenance needs and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.


* Follow all safety procedures and facility policies.


* Work cooperatively with the Maintenance Director and other members of the facility team.

What We're Looking For


* Reliable, responsible, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.


* Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.


* Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions.


* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.


* Able to work independently while also being a team player.


* Previous maintenance, construction, handyman, or facilities experience is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Rate: $19 - $23
