McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team as a Full-Time AM/PM Floater.

This position is ideal for an LVN who enjoys a flexible schedule, working with different teams, and providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Position Details


* Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Employment Type: Full-Time


* Shift: AM/PM Floater


* Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered.


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.


* Assist with assessments and ongoing resident care.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.


* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate.


* Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection-control standards.


* Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications


* Current and valid California LVN license.


* Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively across AM and PM shifts as a floater.


* Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.


* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
