Your Impact & Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight


* Provide and oversee nursing care for a designated group of residents.


* Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and safely.

Acute Assessment


* Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.


* Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Care Coordination


* Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning activities.


* Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

Team Support


* Provide guidance and support to LVNs and CNAs.


* Promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

Documentation


* Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.


* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
