Pay for Commercial Quotations Specialist is between $34.00 and $42.00 per hour at this location.

About the Role

This role owns the development and execution of accurate, competitive and profitable commercial plumbing quotations.

The Commercial Sales & Quotations Specialist works directly with customers, manufacturers, vendors and the Profit Center sales team to move opportunities from initial request through quotation, follow-up, award and order fulfillment.

The position also supports daily commercial sales responsibilities and is accountable for customer experience, sales performance, gross-profit results and reliable execution.
You Will


* Interpret commercial plans, specifications, addenda and customer requirements.


* Develop accurate, complete and professional quotations that maximize profitability and provide value to the customer.


* Research product requirements, alternatives, availability, lead times and applicable specifications.


* Request, organize and negotiate manufacturer and vendor pricing.


* Maintain an accurate commercial quote pipeline and organized project files.


* Manage quotation deadlines and communicate risks before customer due dates.


* Deliver completed quotations and confirm receipt with the customer.
