This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Shift:

Saturday-Monday 10:30am-10:30pm (5th Shift)

Responsibilities


* Monitor and maintain compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure high service availability.


* Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents in a timely manner while supporting 24x7 operational activities.


* Install and support data center and lab infrastructure, including hardware deployment, cabling, power, and connectivity.


* Execute operational procedures, approved automation workflows, and infrastructure maintenance tasks.


* Collaborate with engineering, security, networking, and application teams to maintain stable and secure services.

Education and Experience Required


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


* Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, technical support, or a related IT role.

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience supporting virtualized environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms.


* Experience working in a 24x7 operations or service support environment.

Knowledge and Skills


* VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar virtualization technologies (Required)


* Infrastructure monitoring and incident management tools (Required)


* Systems administration across compute, storage, and operating systems (Required)


* Troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support practices (Required)


* Automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash (Nice to Have)
