Packer 1 (Packaging Specialist)

* Strong organizational and communication skills.


* Proficiency in order processing systems.


* Ability to learn to resolve order discrepancies and inventory issues with OTJ experience.


* Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

None required; OSHA safety certification preferred.

Education


* High school diploma or equivalent required.


* 0-3 years of experience in parts ordering, inventory management, or warehouse operations.


* Experience with Avante and Oracle systems preferred.


* Ability to learn company procedures, products, and quality standards.

Work Environment

Primarily operates in a warehouse setting with exposure to material handling equipment and shipping operations.
