Position Summary

Build Your Career as a District Sales Manager

ERIE's 24-week District Sales Manager Trainee Program is an intensive development experience designed to prepare you for success as a District Sales Manager (DSM).

You'll work alongside experienced Sales leaders and Independent Agents while building skills in sales management, risk management, agency operations, leadership and relationship management.

Following successful completion of the program, you'll transition into a DSM role and manage a territory of approximately 25 Independent Agencies.
