What are we looking for?

The Client Experience Specialistis responsible for supporting the Account Management team as it scales, across renewals support, CRM migration work and day-to-day client communication.

The Client Experience Specialist blends human and AI-assisted approaches to help drive renewals, lays a key role in Wisetail's ongoing CRM migration and serves as a responsive point of contact for routine client needs.

This is a hands-on generalist position suited to someone early in an account management or client success career who wants broad exposure and a direct hand in shaping how the team operates and scales.

This position may travel up to 15% of the time.

Shift/Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Local Time

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
