SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide.

Job Description Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will successfully support SOLV Energy's planning and staffing needs by proactively sourcing and building a diverse pipeline of talented renewable industry professionals while providing an ideal experience to candidates and hiring partners.

This role is hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA.

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:


* Collaborate with hiring partners to understand their business strategy and identify specific skills needed for critical roles



* Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind while adapting recruiting strategies and priorities based on evolving business needs



* Source quality candidates for all positions across multiple states, including remote areas, through the use of social media, employee referrals, external hiring platforms, community outreach, and internal databases



* Suggest and implement process improvements in order to optimize the recruitment process



* Maintain the metrics and KPIs as set forth by the Talent Acquisition Director



* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing inclusive sourcing and hiring practices



* Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives



* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications



* Take ownership of overall candidate experience and provide ideas for improvement



* Manage candidate pipeline by continuously building and maintaining talent simultaneously showing responsiveness to all candidate inquiries



* Maintain accurate entry, integrity, and confidentiality of data for each candidate



* Maintain professional communications and high level of confidentiality at all times with candidates



* Work on multiple high priority recruiting projects in a competitive environment at any given time



* Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidate sources (ex.

Industry Events, etc.)



* Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders



* Maintain current understanding of recruiting landscape in construction/renewable energy and relevant industry dynamics



* Maintain a solid understanding of Company provided benefits and employment policies and procedures
