Joint Exercise Event Subject Matter Expert (SME)

(SS&T) is seeking a Joint Exercise Event Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7).

The Joint Exercise Event SME supports the design, planning, execution, and assessment of standalone joint exercise events, including seminars, tabletop exercises (TTXs), rehearsal-of-concept (ROC) drills, senior-leader discussions, wargames, and related activities.

The selected candidate will work with event sponsors, stakeholders, planners, participants, and exercise-control personnel to develop event objectives, scenarios, planning products, data-collection approaches, and after-action outputs.

USSTRATCOM/J7 conducts this work to support Command readiness, strategic deterrence, and decision-quality assessment for senior leaders.

Security Clearance Requirements This position requires access to classified systems and material supporting national-security programs.

All contractor personnel must be U.S.

citizens and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, as well as eligibility for NC2/ESI and SAP accesses
