As a Custodian at Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of offices, common areas, restrooms, and meeting spaces that support staff, clients, volunteers, and visitors.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently, use a variety of cleaning and maintenance skills, and make a direct impact on the daily operations of a mission-driven organization serving the community.

What Youll Do: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas on a daily or scheduled basis.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces.Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and equipment.Restock restroom and break room supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or repairs issues to the Office Manager or designated supervisor.Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for meetings, trainings, and events.Follow all safety procedures and properly use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.
