In our time of Company growth, we are seeking aPatient Services Representative Team Lead.

Work Location:Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Oversees Patient Services Representatives and their daily work, and responsibilities, and monitors their productivity as directed by the Patient Services leadership teamProvides feedback and coaching to Patient Services Representatives per the MCR Health Supervisor Reference Manual and Employee HandbookAssists in orientation and training of Patient Services Representatives upon hire and as directed by the Patient Services Dept leadership teamProvides friendly, courteous, and professional service always to all patients, visitors, co-workers, and leaders (To Provide an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time)Demonstrates an excellent understanding of telephone usage and the operation of the telephone system
