Our Core Values: Position Overview: The Changeover Technician is responsible for single serve coffee area change overs.

The role is also responsible to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair basic maintenance issues on the equipment within the area to run efficiently.

Responsibilities: Review production schedule and identify change over requirements, while being agile and able to react quickly to changing situations and schedules.

Ensure change over materials and parts are prepared and staged for the next scheduled changeover.

Set-up, troubleshoot, disassemble, and clean equipment on multiple production lines.

Provide production support and guidance to Machine Operators and Assistant Team Members to reduce downtime and change over more efficiently through assisting and training.

Become proficient with lean manufacturing initiatives.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize machine processes to reach optimum product quality, efficiency, and process repeatability at the lowest cost.

Properly clean and store any secondary equipment.

Provide minor repair and replacement of secondary parts.

ie.

Minor Wexxar, Bel, GPI calls.

Estimate timing for repair through documenting work orders in AMMS.

Review manuals, blueprints, and supply catalogues to aid in troubleshooting.

Maintain spare part availability and order supplies through a P.O.

system and follow up on delivery.

Keep accurate counts for all change-over parts, coffee tubes, etc.

and audit each location to ensure proper placement.

Communicate and fully cooperate with the Production Team Leaders, Maintenance Team Leaders, and coworkers in all aspects of the jobs.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to ensure production is running efficiently.

Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Keep work area clean and shelving organized.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.

Lean Manufacturing experience and certification desired.
