Position: HousekeeperEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: HousekeepingReports To: Lead HousekeeperLocation: Independent Living POSITION OVERVIEW Bermuda Village Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our residents throughout the community.

This position helps ensure resident homes, common areas, and facilities are well-maintained while providing courteous and professional service to our residents, guests, and team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Follow assigned cleaning schedules and instructions, including cleaning residential homes and public areas.

Sweep and vacuum assigned areas.

Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, and heating/air conditioning units.

Clean, disinfect, deodorize, and spot-clean walls and ceilings.

Clean community showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, and baseboards.

Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and other supplies as needed.

Clean and inspect model rooms.

Work with Maintenance to ensure incoming residents' homes are clean and ready for move-in.

Clean hallways, stairways, and elevators as needed.

Clean employee break areas when necessary.

Empty trash from offices and public areas.

Report unsafe or hazardous conditions and needed repairs to the supervisor.

Keep housekeeping supply rooms and janitor closets clean and organized.

Provide courteous and professional service to residents, visitors, and team members.

Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.
