Access Control Officer (ACO) Trainer GA

CenCore is seeking an Access Control Officer (ACO) Trainer to support secure datacenter security operations in Georgia.

This role oversees training, compliance, personnel qualification, and operational readiness programs for Access Control Officers and related supplier personnel supporting secure customer environments.

The ACO Trainer develops and delivers structured training, conducts field evaluations, maintains audit-ready records, and ensures personnel meet customer, contractual, licensing, and U.S.

Government requirements.

This position requires close coordination with customer representatives, site leadership, and internal management to maintain high standards of access control performance, security compliance, and mission support.

Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and deliver initial, recurring, sustainment, refresher, field, on-the-job, and compliance-based training for Access Control Officers and supplier personnel supporting secure datacenter security operations.Maintain working knowledge of Access Control Officer duties, customer security procedures, site access requirements, post orders, and operational expectations within secure datacenter environments.Apply customer systems, security policies, standard operating procedures, licensing requirements, and contractual training standards to training content, field evaluations, and compliance oversight.Evaluate personnel performance through field observations, on-the-job training reviews, coaching sessions, and remedial instruction to identify and correct training or operational gaps.Ensure personnel comply with customer policies, contractual requirements, standard operating procedures, approved training curricula, licensing requirements, and U.S.

Government security requirements.Maintain accurate records for training completion, licensing, qualifications, compliance status, remedial training, field evaluations, and audit-ready program documentation.Support internal and external audits, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews related to training and operational readiness.Provide training metrics, compliance updates, and program status reports to customer representatives and internal leadership.Travel regularly to assigned secure datacenter locations to conduct training, assess service delivery, evaluate personnel performance, and assist with operational issue resolution.Safeguard classified, sensitive, and proprietary information in accordance with customer and U.S.

Government security requirements.
