Job summary
As a Card Acquisitions Strategy Senior Associate, you will support senior leaders by coordinating strategic initiatives, strengthening operating routines, and delivering executive-ready communications.
You will manage workstream tracking and governance, synthesize inputs into clear narratives, and ensure leadership meetings translate into decisions and timely follow-through.
Job responsibilities
* Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, and written communications for senior leadership.
* Translate complex information into concise narratives, implications, and recommended actions.
* Structure storylines that communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, synthesize insights, and produce leadership-ready materials.
* Manage multiple initiatives at once, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
* Build and maintain project plans, trackers, action logs, and governance routines to support execution.
* Coordinate stakeholders and drive accountability for key decisions and deliverables.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and escalate with proposed options to resolve them.
* Capture meeting decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
* Coordinate recurring business reviews, planning sessions, and leadership routines.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a closely related field.
* Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Experience building executive-ready presentations and written communications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables under deadline.
* Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear takeaways and recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Experience supporting operating routines (e.g., business reviews, planning cadences, governance forums).
