CSR- In office Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities SalesProvides professional, courteous service to internal and external customersAnswers any questions regarding customers policyAccept payments and process transactionsIdentify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policyFollow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellationsInvolved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basisMaintain a neat and clean work area and officeFNOLs (vehicle inspections)Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)Bank run depositsPosition is full timeOther duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Computer literate desired from basic to intermediate skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is helpfulMust have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and have the ability provide a first-rate experience for our customersMust pass state licensing requirementsFlexible scheduleReliable transportation Education/Training/Experience High School DiplomaPrevious customer service experience is helpful
